Lyon County tops the market this week with a sale at $22,000/acre. Auction volume picks up this week. I noticed on social media several sale barns were touting record high prices for feeder cattle. Have we hit the peak in cattle prices? Cow/calf producers will have the most positive ag market in 2026. This will be supportive of land market conditions.
