Land Talk Weekly
In response to the need for up-to-date land price information - in real-time - Jim Rothermich created “The Land Talker" in the spring of 2016. Surveys published by various organizations have a time lag and can quickly become outdated. "The Land Talker" provides a means to keep current on land price information with this blog and his monthly newsletter. To get auction results as they happen, follow Jim on Twitter (@theLandTalker).
