Happy New Year! Only one auction to report this week. Fremont County finishes 2025 strong with a sale at $13,500/acre. There are over 6,000 acres coming to auction in January. Per the USDA, the Farmer Bridge Assistance Program will pay $44.36 per acre for corn and $30.88 per acre for soybeans. This will be supportive of market conditions.
