Appraisal Review Services

Often a real estate appraisal is not needed, but rather, what’s needed is an impartial opinion about the quality and conformance to professional standards of an appraisal that has been prepared. We provide appraisal review services for such circumstances in conformance with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) and the Appraisal Institute’s Code of Professional Ethics. Clients served include lenders, attorneys, government agencies, and others.
