Sioux County rings the bell this week with a sale at $26,250/acre. Johnson County takes honorable mention with a strictly ag land sale at $20,000/acre, which is likely a new price record for land purchased to raise corn/soybeans. Strong prices keep coming despite grain markets moving lower during the week.
