Iowa Land Auction Prices, August 23-29, 2025

Auction activity is starting to pick up. Butler County topped the market this week at $17,300/acre. Driving around this week, I witnessed several augers sticking out of grain bins getting emptied for new crops. I also saw several new grain bins being assembled. Harvest is coming fast!
