Auction activity is picking up. Cedar County tops the market this week at $19,000/acre. Getting results for sealed bid auctions is not so easy. A sale price of “Undetermined” means I could not get a response from the auction company as to whether tract(s) sold. When a sale price shows “Undisclosed” it means tract(s) sold for an undisclosed amount. Harvest is rapidly approaching.
