Iowa Land Auction Prices, August 16-22, 2025

Dallas County rang the bell this week with some transitional land selling at $25,100/acre, $24,100/acre, and $22,700/acre. Auction season is here - over the next 30 days, there are over 15,000 acres on deck to be auctioned. The market will be tested. The Profarmer Crop Tour was this week. Big yields are expected this fall, but top end yields may be compromised by a lot of disease pressure in both corn and soybeans. How this will affect the land market will show up in the next 30 days.
