Iowa Land Auction Prices, August 9-15, 2025

Auction activity is picking up with two sales in Plymouth County - $20,400/acre and $20,100/acre. The USDA August report shocked the corn market with record yield, 188 bushels/acre, and 2 million more acres of corn. Not good news for corn prices. We’re going to need a lot of bushels this fall to make up for low crop prices.
