Tanner Knowlton | Real Estate Appraiser

Tanner is a Certified General Appraiser in the state of Iowa specializing in the valuation of agricultural property, farmland, and farm-related improvements. He brings perspective and experience in the field working as a land agent/real estate salesperson having closed transactions spanning many disciplines. Primarily focused on agricultural row-crop real estate, other specialties include but are not limited to recreational/hunting land, commercial, and industrial real estate. Tanner plans to pursue an ARA designation from the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers as well as a MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute.

Raised in Northeast Iowa, Tanner developed a strong appreciation and passion for the outdoors that remains a central part of his life. He enjoys hunting, fishing, golfing, and following a variety of sports.
