Keenan has experience with a variety of commercial property types through mass appraisal practices. He is working towards becoming a Certified General Real Property Appraiser.

A central Iowa native, Keenan grew up in Earlham, just west of Des Moines on I-80. He is registered with the State of Iowa as an Associate General Appraiser. Keenan graduated from the University of Northern Iowa with a B.A. In Real Estate & Finance, a nationally top ranked program which combines the application of principles to real-world problems.

Outside of his professional work, Keenan enjoys tackling DIY projects at home, traveling - especially to mountain destinations - and spending time outdoors camping and hiking with his wife & dog.
