This week Plymouth County takes top honors with a sale at $23,600/acre. Next week will be one of the busiest weeks of this auction season - stay tuned!

Iowa County is usually a quiet county, but it made plenty of noise on Friday with headlining sales of $15,200/acre and $15,050/acre.

Poweshiek County’s $20,500/acre sale topped the market this week, while Black Hawk County took honorable mention at $14,200/acre. We have had some good harvest weather and crops are disappearing fast.

The soybean harvest is almost done, and soon the corn harvest will be going full speed. Osceola County tops the market this week with a $19,700/acre sale, while honorable mention goes to Jefferson County with a sale at $16,900/acre.

Top honors go to Cherokee County and Buchanan County. Auction activity is slow during harvest, but get ready for explosive auction activity in November.

The REALTORS® Land Institute - Iowa Chapter has announced the results of their September 2023 Land Trends and Values Survey.

Grundy County tops the market at $21,600/acre with an honorable mention $19,500/acre sale in O’Brien County. Auction activity will slow a bit for harvest and will ramp up at the end of the month.

Top honors go to Palo Alto County with a sale at $17,500/acre. Honorable mention goes to Kossuth County at $17,200/acre. Auction activity will slow a bit in October for harvest but lots of activity is expected in November and December.

Benton County tops the market at $20,900/acre. Honorable mention goes to Mahaska County with a sale at $18,000/acre. Auction activity will be very busy over the next two weeks. Keep praying for rain.

Sioux County takes top honors this week with a sale at $20,450/acre, with honorable mention going to Audubon County with a sale at $17,400/acre. A good number of auctions are happening next week.

Clay County tops the market with a sale at $18,700/acre. Honorable mention goes to Louisa County at $16,950/acre. Auction volume is starting to ramp up.
