Sioux County rings the bell this week with a sale at $26,500/acre. It is “go time” for land auctions. Auction activity is ramping up this week and will be full speed in November. Land prices, so far, are holding steady. Market conditions will be tested over the next 30 days. Harvest will be finishing in the next couple of weeks. Please be safe.
