Iowa Land Auction Prices, November 29-December 5, 2025

Sioux County does it again with a new price record of $32,000/acre, shattering the old price record for the state and Sioux County which occurred on November 11, 2022, at $30,000/acre. I am surprised by the strong prices we are seeing, not just in Sioux County, but in other parts of Iowa and surrounding states. Auction activity will be active up to Christmas.
