Iowa Land Auction Prices, July 19-25, 2025

Auction activity should start picking up in August, but there was not enough activity to test the market again this week. We had additional rain and there is even more in the extended forecast. Soybean yields are made in August. Corn is looking good, finishing pollination and moving to grain fill. I’m expecting some big corn yields.
