Iowa Land Auction Prices, February 3-9, 2024

Lyon County wins the trophy for Iowa land auction prices this week with sales at $19,500/acre, $19,000/acre, and $17,200/acre. Honorable mention goes to Boone County with a sale at $16,800/acre. “No Sale” at auction is a developing story. Undisclosed means “no sale” during the auction but was negotiated shortly thereafter. As you can see in this week’s auction data, market conditions are adjusting to current grain prices and higher interest rates.
