Dubuque County in Northeast Iowa rings the bell this week with a sale at $21,700/acre. Auction activity usually falls around holiday season. I have only one upcoming auction for the rest of the year. There is not a lot of auction activity looking ahead into January 2026. I want to wish all my subscribers a Merry Christmas! If you are traveling, please be safe.
