Iowa Appraisal works with clients to examine general market conditions of supply and demand and pricing, or the demographic characteristics of demand for a specific geographic area or property type. We are often asked to analyze specific development absorption trends related to a specific property type - for example, land development.
Central to the concept of development, a feasibility study is the determination of whether a proposed development is feasible. We typically analyze the relationship between development cost and the return on the investment to determine feasibility, or stated differently, whether a project’s return will exceed its opportunity cost.
