Appraisal Review

Often a client does not need a real estate appraisal, but rather, needs an impartial opinion about the quality and conformance to professional standards of an appraisal.  We provide appraisal review services for such clients in conformance with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) and the Appraisal Institute’s Code of Professional Ethics.  Clients served include lenders, attorneys, government agencies, and others.
