Mahala Casady
Mahala Casady has experience working with appraisals for a variety of commercial and agricultural property types, including: commercial land, agricultural land, office, retail, and industrial. She is working towards becoming a Certified General Real Property Appraiser.
An Iowa native, Mahala grew up in rural Tama County on her family’s row crop farm, giving her hands-on experience in the agricultural arena. She is registered with the State of Iowa as an Associate Real Property Appraiser, and is a Practicing Affiliate of the Appraisal Institute. Once her state certification in general real property appraisal is earned, she plans to pursue the MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute. Mahala graduated from Iowa State University with a B.S. in Agricultural Business, after earning an A.A. from Marshalltown Community College, which she did prior to graduating high school.
