DJ Ludemann
DJ Ludemann has experience working with appraisals for a wide variety of commercial property types, including: commercial and residential land; office; retail; and industrial. He is working towards becoming a Certified General Real Property Appraiser.
DJ’s academic career includes an education from UNI’s nationally top ranked real estate program, which offers the only Bachelor of Arts Real Estate degree in the state of Iowa. This extensive program has strong ties to the real estate industry allowing academic learning to be combined with the actual application of principles to real-world, complex problems. DJ completed a successful internship with a real estate management company in Des Moines, gaining experience on making investment decisions based on the overall market and analyzing financial performance of income producing properties.
An eastern Iowa native, DJ grew up in Clinton, just north of the Quad Cities and south of Dubuque. He is registered with the State of Iowa as an Associate Real Property Appraiser, and is a Practicing Affiliate of the Appraisal Institute. Once his state certification is earned, he plans to pursue the MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute. DJ graduated from the University of Northern Iowa with a B.A. in Real Estate.
