Daniel W. Dvorak, MAI
Dan Dvorak is an experienced real estate appraiser providing valuations for a wide variety of property types in both metropolitan and rural areas, as well as expert witness services. Dan has been with Iowa Appraisal since 2006.
Growing up on a farm in Guthrie County, Iowa, Dan gained a foundation and practical experience he can draw upon when evaluating agricultural land and buildings. His past experience working for a real estate title company helps him identify and understand many unique issues that affect commercial valuations.
Dan is a Certified General Real Property Appraiser with the State of Iowa. He is an MAI designated Member of the Appraisal Institute, and currently serves as president of the Iowa Chapter of the Appraisal Institute, having served on its board of directors for two years (2019 and 2020) and previously as vice president (2022) and secretary/treasurer (2021). Dan graduated from Iowa State University, having earned Bachelor of Science degree with Distinction.
