Iowa Land Auction Prices, May 13-19, 2023

Auction activity remains seasonally low. Per the USDA crop progress report as of May 15, 2023, 86% of Iowa’s corn crop has been planted with soybeans at 69%. Planting season is coming to an end. As I drive the country, I’m seeing some good stands of corn and a few soybean stands. The 2023 crop appears to be off to a good start.
