Iowa Land Auction Prices, April 1-7, 2023

It was a short week for auctions due to the Easter holiday. Plymouth County tops the market at $18,150/acre; honorable mention goes to Lyon County with a sale at $17,800/acre. The extended forecast calls for a run of good weather. For my farming followers doing field work, please be safe.
