It was a short week for land auctions. Mahaska County tops the market with a $15,800/acre sale. Honorable mention goes to O’Brien County. The 2022 land auction season is coming to an end. There is a good number of auctions next week.
Land market conditions have changed drastically so if you are meeting over the holidays about your family farm estate, have the facts. Don’t rely on coffee shop talk or information from your farm tenant.
