Iowa Land Auction Prices, December 17-23, 2022
Posted on December 26, 2022 at 12:03 PM by Jim Rothermich
It was a short week for land auctions. Mahaska County tops the market with a $15,800/acre sale. Honorable mention goes to O’Brien County. The 2022 land auction season is coming to an end. There is a good number of auctions next week.
Land market conditions have changed drastically so if you are meeting over the holidays about your family farm estate, have the facts. Don’t rely on coffee shop talk or information from your farm tenant. You and family members can not only find reliable price data in my weekly blog, but also in my monthly e-newsletters, and you may subscribe for free! Happy Holidays!
