Benton County tops the market this week with a sale at $21,300/acre. Honorable mention goes to Plymouth County with a $21,000/acre sale. Shout out to Clarke County with a cash rent auction of 241.37 acres going for $475/acre, 3-year term, 100% rent due March 1st with a CSR2 49.2 equating to a whopping $9.65/CSR2 point. Data on other cash rent auctions will be included in my next newsletter. Demand to rent cropland is very aggressive.
