Iowa Land Auction Prices, November 19-25, 2022

It was a short week for land auctions due to the Thanksgiving holiday. Sac County topped the market with a sale at $17,100/acre. Honorable mention goes to Calhoun County with a sale at $16,600/acre. Auction activity will be brisk for the next three weeks. The 2022 selling season is winding down with the 2023 selling season starting soon.
