Iowa Land Auction Prices, November 12-18, 2022
Posted on November 21, 2022 at 10:14 AM by Jim Rothermich
Sioux County delivers again this week with a sale at $23,700/acre. Clay County takes honorable mention with a sale at $21,300/acre. Cherokee County had a record setting price at $21,000/acre. There have been several counties setting new price records the past six weeks. The market has a high amount of variability; farm realtors are saying it is adjusting to current economic conditions. With about 30 days left in the 2022 selling season, there is an abundance of auctions scheduled. (Above photo courtesy of Katie Welter.)
I hope everyone has a Happy Thanksgiving!
