Iowa Land Auction Prices, October 29-November 4, 2022

Two counties tie for top honors this week. Sioux County and Lee County both had sales at $22,700/acre. Lee County likely set a new price record for SE Iowa. Honorable mention goes to Sioux County with a sale at $18,600/acre, and Lyon County with a sale at $16,900/acre. The next two weeks are probably the busiest of the year for Iowa land auctions. Stay tuned.
