Top honors go to Plymouth County again this week with a sale at $20,500/acre. This tract had some development influence. Honorable mention goes to Warren County with a sale at $19,000/acre. This tract also had development potential. From now to mid-December is the most active part of the year for land auctions. Corn & soybean fields are disappearing fast. Please be safe harvesting.
