Osceola County takes top honors this week with a $20,600/acre sale. Honorable mention goes to Dickinson County with a sale at $18,000/acre. September is going to be very busy with land auctions and farm realtors are expecting an active selling season this fall. With a generous supply of land for sale, the market will remain strong.
