Top honors to Plymouth County again with sales at $20,100/acre sale and $19,000/acre. Honorable mention goes to Franklin County with a sale at $17,000/acre. The market is showing signs of leveling off for lower to medium quality farmland, as there were three “no sales” this week. Good quality land is still selling for top dollar. Iowa needs rain to finish the crop.
