Iowa Land Auction Prices, July 30-August 5, 2022
Posted on August 8, 2022 at 9:13 AM by Jim Rothermich
Plymouth County tops the market with a sale at $22,200/acre. Honorable mention goes to Benton County with a sale at $20,500/acre. Crops are in much need of rain. My rule of thumb is one inch of rain in August adds three bushels per acre to yield, as August is the month that makes soybeans yield.
Be sure to take time to go to the Iowa State Fair.
