Dubuque County takes top honors this week with a $30,600/acre sale. This tract of land is within the city limits of Dubuque and is transitioning to development. Honorable mention goes to Sioux County with sales at $22,400/acre and $22,200/acre. June is going to be very active with land auctions. There are some good quality farms coming to the market.
