Iowa Land Auction Prices, April 9-15, 2022

O’Brien County takes top honors this week with a $20,450/acre sale. Honorable mention goes to Clay County with $20,100/acre and $19,700/acre sales. Auction activity is slowing due to planting season. The next 30 days does not have many auctions on the books, but farm realtors are booking auctions for this summer. I’ve heard a few acres have been planted in Iowa. The extended forecast has some warmer temps, but also includes rain.
“That’s my story and I’m sticking to it!”
