Iowa Land Auction Prices, April 2-8, 2022

Dubuque County tops the market this week with sales at $21,000/acre and $18,600/acre. Honorable mention goes to Story County with $18,300/acre. Looking ahead the next 30 days, auction activity will slow down a bit as planting season begins. Farm realtors are telling me they expect a good number of auctions this summer.
