Iowa Land Auction Prices, March 26-April 1, 2022

Sioux County tops the market this week at $20,500/acre. Honorable mention goes to Guthrie County at $16,600/acre. The Realtors® Land Institute – Iowa Chapter land trends survey released this week indicated a 14.1% statewide increase in land values from September 2021 to March 2022. This is following the 18.8% increase for the six-month period of March 2021 to September 2021, giving Iowa a 12-month increase of 32.9%. Here is a link to the press release and full survey:
