Iowa Land Auction Prices, January 15-21, 2022

Dickinson County takes top honors this week at $14,300/acre. Honorable mention goes to Hardin County with a sale at $13,900/acre. Still seeing above-average number of acres going to auction. Typical for January is 5-6,000 acres - this month will finish just short of 8,000.
