Iowa Land Auction Prices, November 27-December 3, 2021

Sioux County takes top honors this week with a sale at $20,700/acre. Honorable mention goes to Iowa’s east coast, Jackson County, with a sale at $19,900/acre. There are about two more weeks of aggressive auction activity before we go to a more of a normal pace. The market has shown strength while absorbing additional acres coming to the market over the past five months.
