Lyon County takes top honors this week with a sale at $20,400/acre. Honorable mention goes to Sac County with a sale at $16,800/acre. Enhanced auction activity will continue for the next three weeks. After that, auction activity will be more normal or slightly above normal. There are 7,500 acres going to auction in the next seven days.
