Iowa Land Auction Prices, November 13-19, 2021

For the third week in a row, Sioux County takes top honors with a sale at $22,000/acre. In addition, Sioux County had three sales that topped $19,000/acre. Honorable mention goes to Marion County with a sale at $21,500/acre. The frequency of sales at $20,000+/acre is increasing, and I expect the trend to continue.
There are about 3,500 acres on deck to go to auction this short holiday week. Then, it’s right back to aggressive auction activity.
