Iowa Land Auction Prices, September 18-24, 2021

Carroll County takes top honors this week with a sale price of $16,550/acre. Clay County gets honorable mention at $16,000/acre with a sale the following day at $16,100/acre. Very strong prices continue. Combines are starting to roll. I think harvest will be in full swing this week. Please be safe traveling on rural roads.
