Iowa Land Auction Prices, April 9-15, 2021

We are now officially in the selling off-season and auction activity will be down until September. While it was a short week of auctions, prices did not disappoint. Jones County topped the market at $18,800/acre followed by Sioux County with $16,800/acre. When will we see $20,000/acre? I bet we do this summer. The market continues to be “ON FIRE.”
