Iowa Land Auction Prices, April 2-8, 2021

Poweshiek County topped the market this week with a sale at $15,600/acre. The market continues to be very bullish. Grain markets rallied late last week with news of more grain purchases for export. Ending stocks are getting smaller due to the strong demand for U.S. grain.
