The 2020-2021 selling season is winding down. When planting begins so does the selling offseason. This could be one of the most exciting offseasons ever. The demand to buy far exceeds the supply for sale. Grain markets will be explosive this summer. Any hiccups in planting or weather events will gyrate commodity prices. The larger profit margins get in producing corn and soybeans, the higher demand to buy land.
