Iowa Land Auction Prices, January 22-28, 2021

Northwest Iowa tops the market again this week at $15,100/acre. China purchased a lot of corn this week, as well as a large amount of ethanol. That’s more good news for grain markets. The stock market had a volatile week. Volatility in the stock market causes investors to look for a more stable investment, and good quality Iowa cropland is one of the best options.
