Iowa Land Auction Prices, December 25-31, 2020

2020 ended with an active week. One auction had over 1,600 acres. This farm had land in both Winneshiek County and Fillmore County, MN – Fillmore is not reported below. Tama County topped the market this week at $14,100/acre. This sale was totally unexpected and far exceeded the auctioneer’s expectations. I believe this is a reflection of what is to come in 2021. Buckle up!
