Iowa Land Auction Prices, December 11-17, 2020

It was another fairly active week and land continues to bring good prices. This will be the last full week for auctions as there will be very few auctions occur after Christmas. The number of acres going to auction December 2020 will fall short compared to December 2019 and looking ahead the next 30 days, this is a trend.

Are soybean prices going to the teens? Farm broadcasters are talking about it. They are very close and are well above break-even prices.
