Iowa Land Auction Prices, November 6-12, 2020

Posted on November 16, 2020 at 8:58 AM by Jim Rothermich

It was another good week of auction activity. The USDA press release this week indicates tight supplies of corn and soybeans with a strong demand, especially from China. Grain prices have rallied on this news. Land supplies are tight. November is usually the busiest month of the year. November 2020 is going to significantly fall short compared to the past three years. Grain price rallies and tight land supplies could make the land market very interesting through the rest of the year and into early 2021.

“That’s my story and I’m sticking to it!”
