Iowa Land Auction Prices, October 30-November 5, 2020

This was another active week with Plymouth County topping the market at $14,500/acre. Demand for corn and soybeans is the story this week. China has made some large purchases of both corn and soybeans. Grain prices have responded positively. Price rallies in grains are positive to land prices.
